Adrian, there is no diffrence with the 2 box sets, they are just idiots from china trying to sell an older version to you. These boxsets are bootlegs. i suggest buying from http://www.dvd-collections.net for cheaper prices.

The difference is how many episodes are put onto each disc. For higher quality and more options such as the play menu and stuff take up more room, so they need more DVD's. It's best to look up the actual box sets, and find out how many DVD's are in each season and add them up. The one with the same amount is an actual box set produced by FOX, and the other is just a replica. Both have the same DVD's, it's just not authentic compared to the other.

wait a minute.. how on earth could this House dvd containing all episodes from season 1 to 5 be here on May 2009, when the 24th episode (season finale) of the fifth season was premiered on American tv on May 11.???? (and the official dvd release was not out anywhere on the planet before August 19?? Hm? how can this be? You really want to make me believe that this is not a scam?

could someone tell me whats the difference between this one and http://www.buydvdhere.com/dvd674-p-2621.html? they both are season 1 to 5 but this one has 33 discs and the other one has 40.
